Drop Off Times?
Depending on location, usually within two hours. If after 4 pm EST, it will be delivered the next morning. 

What Size Dumpsters Do You Have?
We currently  have 20, 30 and 40 yard dumpsters. However, we will be adding additional sizes in the near future. Our 20 yard dumpster has a 3 ton weight limit . The 30 yard dumpster  has a 4 ton  weight limit and the 40 yard has a 5 ton weight limit.

What if I Need to Cancel My Rental?
If you give us a call to cancel before the 24 hour mark for the rental, you will not be charged for the rental. If you cancel within 24 hours of the rental, you will be charged 50% of the rental.

What can not be put in the dumpster?

• Chemicals

Will My Driveway Be Protected?
Yes, always. We put down wood to protect the property at every delivery.

Can I Move the Dumpster?
No. We suggest someone being there at time of delivery (not required) or explain where exactly they want the dumpster placed on your property. If we do not know, we will try our best to place it in the most convenient spot possible. Call us If you have questions about location. 

How High Can I Fill the Dumpster?
There is a maximum fill line on the long sides. You cannot fill above that line/mark. Filling above this line results in a $150 fine.

How Do You Take Payment?
We require payment at the time of delivery. We accept cash and debit/credit cards for payment methods.

When is Delivery and Pick Up?
We will try our best to deliver same day unless the request is after 4 pm, it will be the next morning. We will automatically come and pick up the dumpster on the last day of your rental unless notified. You can extend your rental for an additional fee per day.

What if I Fill up the Dumpster Before the End of My Rental?
If you filled it and are completely done with it, let us know and we will pick it up to get it out of the way. If you need it dumped and returned for the remainder of your rental, you would be charged another week rental.
